🔄 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 1 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items on sale, customized orders, or accessories are non-returnable.

🚀 How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Request a Return: Contact our support team at fabdriphelp@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or provide return shipping details.
  3. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-6 business days.

💰 Refund Method

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

📦 Exchange Policy

  • Want a different size or color? No worries! Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
  • If the new item is unavailable, we’ll provide store credit or a full refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales.
  • Products that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging.
